FITNESS MINDSET
A Part of My Story
At 15 years old, I stopped weighing myself at 218 lbs. I was as big as I had ever been, and I just kept eating and getting bigger. Having gone through so much abuse and trauma in my life, I was an emotional eater, and I didn’t know how to stop. I was depressed, sad, lonely, and lost. I had no one to turn to and didn't know how to create a safe, loving space for myself. At the core I felt abandoned, discarded, mistreated, and unloved. I had developed eating disorders at an early age in response to the suffering I was going through. I was
in a space of despair and felt done. It took me some time, but along my path I found my true calling and turned it all around. Today, I've never been happier or more in control of my life, and I wake up intentionally living my life on purpose!

For the past 22 years, I’ve dedicated my life to fitness, nutrition, and getting stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually! I attribute my happiness now to my studies, meditation, beautiful mentors that I've had, and commitment to personal growth. It's led me to living a life that I once only dreamed of! I’ve traveled, competed in triathlons, Ironman’s, half-marathons, am currently training for a 70.3 Ironman, and then have my focus on trying to qualify for the legendary Boston Marathon! Through my self-work, I have learnt that it’s more than just food - it’s about your relationship to food, your relationship to self, your thoughts, your outside relationships, and your past connections and experiences that drive you to think you can succeed, or not. It's learning to believe in yourself and creating a space of growth and self-love. It's letting go of unhealthy thoughts, patterns, people, and actions. This has all led me to design a program that creates a space for learning about the power of food and exploring how to use it for you!
One way this program is different is that we look at how food affects the chakras, and which ones may be blocked and how to clear them. For example, the Solar Plexus chakra is located at the center of the navel, up to the sternum. This is the space of personal power, creativity, self-respect, and confidence. When out of balance, one may feel powerless, hopeless, anxious, and foggy, and this may lead to overeating. By addressing personal power and strength, we may be able to look at where one feels powerless and how to rebalance into a sense of calm, making better decisions! The purpose is to look at the roots and learn to nurture and nourish so that one can flourish!

Along my journey, I have found a strong correlation between a spiritual mindset and fitness. Both require you to show up for yourself, to overcome negative thought patterns, and to cultivate healthy habits instead of solely relying on motivation. It has also allowed me to reach a different level of honesty with myself and look at any excuses that may have held me back in the past. In addition to this, I’ve had some of the best meditation moments along a run or bike ride, and this time has allowed me to tap into a power that is beyond the ordinary. Fitness is more than just looking fit … it’s about matching your soul with your body, it’s a journey of self-love, and it’s about taking your power back.
Below, I’ve created two tiers to choose from. If you would like to work together, I’m here for you!
